Steamed Mussels

Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) mussels, washed
1 onion, diced
1 tsp oil or butter
1 cupVegetable Broth, prepared
1 cup dry white wine
1 - 2 tspRosemary Garlic Seasoning
lemon wedge, to garnish
Preparation
- Sauté onion with oil or butter in pot until soft and translucent.
- Add broth, wine, seasoning and mussels. Steam for 8–10 minutes.
- Using a 2-in-1 Citrus Press, add a lively splash of lemon and enjoy.
