Ingredients
2 cups
pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried
1 tbsp
oil
2 tsp, or your favourite Epicure seasoning
Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste

Preparation

Microwave:

  1. Toss pumpkin seeds with oil and seasoning.
  2. Spread in a single layer on stacked Multi Purpose Tray.
  3. Cook on high for about 2–4 minutes, until dry and golden.

Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Toss clean, dry pumpkin seeds with oil and seasoning.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes, until dry and golden, stirring occasionally.
Tips

May be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
