Ingredients

light mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Mango Curry Dip Mix
1 can (4 oz/120 g)
tuna
3 tbsp
Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, finely diced
13 cup
thinly sliced lettuce
1 tsp
red bell pepper flakes

Preparation
  1. Whisk together mayonnaise and Mango Curry Dip Mix. Stir in tuna and diced apple.
  2. Divide lettuce between 6 verrines.
  3. Using a fork, gently pile tuna mixture over lettuce. Sprinkle with red bell pepper and garnish with apple slices.
Tips

Serving Suggestion: Dish up with crackers or melba toast rounds.
